Everyone has questions about God. Sometimes we really want to know how to make God more central to our lives. How do we let go of other things so we can allow God to lead us in new ways? I hope our questions can be seen as invitations from God. God wants us to ask questions, and also wants us to think about how we can explore our curiosity. When we want to follow God, there will most likely be changes. Ask God to help you navigate through those changes.

What do we need to let go of in our life in order for God to fill us up?
If you were to ask God if you should make more room in your life, what do you think the response would be?

Jesus spends a lot of time talking to disciples and others about prioritizing God’s call for them. One of these examples comes from Matthew 8:16-22. Making Room (Detachment): A reflective prayer that you can do alone or with a partner that helps you prioritize your life. If we are wanting God to be a larger part of our life and the way we live, we may need to let go of other things that we normally do that may keep us from living that life.
