Taste and Smell Prayer Activity

What for?
Thankfulness; to be reminded of communion; to be mindful of God’s action in our past.
What will you need?
- Salt
- grapes or grape juice
- bread
- other spices (optional)
- sugar or honey
How do you do it?
- Smell and taste each item, one at a time, while reflecting on the following:
- Think of personal memories do these tastes and smells remind you of.
- Think of scriptures or bible stories that related to this item.
- What do they tell you about God?
